Qualifications

• At least five years of substantive HR/People experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment requirements across supported jurisdictions.
• Capable of confidently handling employee relations matters.
• Credible communication with managers, executives and founders.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
• Ability to add value quickly in a client environment.
• Understand independence vs disappearing; know when to take ownership.
• Comfort with modern HR systems and AI tools.
• Represent Rosie's People professionally.
• SHRM, HRCI or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support.
• Advise on employee relations and manager inquiries.
• Support performance management processes.
• Advise on HR policies, processes and compliance.
• Assist with organisational design and change initiatives.
• Contribute to M&A integration and workforce planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct HR audits and people-practice reviews.
• Support international and distributed workforces.
• Lead manager capability and organisational-development projects.
