Job summary

Frida is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to drive full talent lifecycle initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to develop scalable hiring strategies, run end-to-end recruitment, and support contingent workforce hiring and onboarding.

The role is hybrid in Miami, requiring onsite presence Tue-Wed-Thur, with a focus on building strong candidate experiences and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in recruitment, preferably fast-paced.
• Proven track record in sourcing top talent across roles & industries.
• Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and managing multiple opens.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews; extend offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build pipelines and maintain relationships with candidates, contractors, and partners.
• Collaborate with HR and external agencies to meet workforce needs and KPI tracking.
• Support onboarding coordination and transition for new hires.
