We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join a growing organization in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines, and managing the full recruiting lifecycle in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on corporate or in‑house recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast‑paced organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews while providing a strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems.
• Provide recruiting insights and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Support recruiting initiatives, presentations, and other talent acquisition projects as needed.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in a corporate, in-house, or structured RPO environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Miami, FL.

Nice to Have

• Experience with established or large corporate organizations.
• RPO or embedded recruiting experience.
• Experience creating or delivering presentations and working with PowerPoint.
• Spanish-language skills are a plus, but not required.
