Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in a role that spans sales, technology, and leadership hiring. You will collaborate with business leaders and managers to recruit top talent, build pipelines, and run proactive campaigns to elevate candidate quality.

You will manage high-volume opportunities, drive candidate lifecycle processes, and contribute to process improvements while aligning hiring decisions with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) with 3+ years of direct recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple levels of roles across multiple disciplines, a matrixed environment, and a distributed workforce.
• Previous experience successfully recruiting for Sales and/or Technology roles, positions of complexity, and senior-level opportunities.
• Financial Services or Mortgage Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, screen and recommend top talent to the company through proactive networking, facilitation of job postings, development of talent pipelines, and deployment of talent acquisition campaigns.
• Manage talent acquisition processes and actively drive workflows to ensure effective candidate management through timely screening, selection and onboarding.
• Consult with hiring managers to make good hiring decisions that upgrade the skills, capability and overall caliber of the Fay team.
• Collaborate with the TA Specialist to manage the candidate lifecycle from requisition to onboarding and participate in process improvements.
