Job summary

Verathon, Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Development Manager to lead the design and continuous improvement of our development ecosystem—from onboarding to career advancement—across the Bothell, WA campus.

You will partner with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders to strengthen capability, performance, engagement, and retention. You will own new-hire experience, manager training, and the LMS strategy, while applying an AI-first mindset to identify opportunities where AI enhances program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant, progressive experience in talent development, learning & development, organizational development, or performance management.
Experience with, or willingness to become certified in, Leadership frameworks (e.g., Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations).
Experience owning or administering a Learning Management System (LMS) including content strategy and reporting.
Daily fluency with AI tools and applying AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve New Hire Orientation and onboarding/immersion experience.
Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify onboarding gaps and suggest data-driven improvements.
Shape and reinforce Verathon’s Employer Value Proposition and employer brand across the talent lifecycle.
Oversee Engagement survey process from rollout to results analysis and action planning.
Lead the Inclusion & Wellness program and support culture initiatives.
Own new-manager training and develop programs that drive measurable productivity gains.
Manage LMS strategy, content, structure, administration, and adoption.
