Job summary

TRM Labs seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with managers and senior leaders, coach through change, and drive org design, talent strategy, and employee relations in a fast-growing, AI-native environment.

You will build scalable, bespoke HR programs and AI-enabled workflows, balancing business needs with people outcomes to support a high-performance culture across technico-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People/HR advising managers and senior leaders.
• Track record of coaching executives through change and on people topics.
• Experience leading change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Sound judgment and high integrity in confidential, high-stakes situations.
• Credibility with demanding technical and engineering teams.
• Strategic and hands-on: can plan org change and run conversations.
• Hands-on AI builder; built automations or agentic HR workflows.
• Fluent with people data to measure impact and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Increase retention through action plans and programs.
• Partner with senior leaders on org design, scaling, and change.
• Connect talent strategy with priorities and costs; weigh options.
• Provide manager development and scalable HR programs.
• Manage employee relations from intake to resolution, including investigations.
• Build AI-enabled workflows that improve HR efficiency and experience.
