Job summary

Verathon, Inc. in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Sr Manager, People Operations to design and manage HR programs, technology, and vendor relations, guiding a proactive people function aligned with business goals.

You will lead HR Technology, UKG configuration, and core processes such as salary planning, performance reviews, and promotions, building scalable workflows and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading HR/People Operations programs, processes, and services including compensation and performance reviews.
• Experience as a system enablement partner to HR functions, integrating technology, analytics, governance, and process.
• Experience leading HR Technology systems; UKG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits, leave, employment, and HR laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for HR Technology, HR Operations, Onboarding, Leaves of Absence, Compliance, and related services.
• Build scalable, modern People Operations that deliver reliable services to employees and managers.
• Own salary planning, performance reviews, promotions, and other recurring talent processes.
• Develop standardized workflows and governance across People Operations programs and systems.
• Use HR technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and service quality.
