Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Talent Analyst to help drive enterprise-wide talent solutions and workforce transformation. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven storytelling using sources from HRIS, performance, and engagement data, and to build dashboards for real-time visibility into talent metrics.

The position can be remote within the U.S. for the right candidate and reports to the Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, people analytics, or a related human-capital discipline. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel skills, including organizing, combining, and analyzing complex workforce data
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools to explore, communicate workforce insights
• Ability to turn data into clear business stories and practical recommendations
• Strong critical and systems thinking skills; ability to connect information across workstreams and glean insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with different partners and levels (analytics, HR, program teams, and senior leaders)
• Solid project-management skills: can organize work, balance priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines with quality work.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into tools and action
• US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Analyze talent data from multiple sources to generate actionable trends and insights
• Partner with People Analytics to develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks
• Measure and evaluate talent initiatives and recommend program improvements
• Identify patterns in attrition, engagement, performance, succession readiness, and demographics
• Present analytics findings and strategic recommendations to HR leadership
• Leverage HR technology platforms to drive project execution and data accessibility
• Contribute to HR COE Talent Management workstreams
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain program documentation and SOPs
• Track program outcomes, budget, and ROI
• Drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback and best practices
