Job summary

APIS Services seeks an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst to drive HR data reporting, automation, and analytics across the organization. You will partner with the Sr. HRIS Manager to develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, improve data integrity, and provide workforce insights for strategic decisions.

This senior role focuses on independent work, solving complex reporting challenges, and leveraging technology to optimize HR operations across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS and HR data experience.
• 3+ years with Palantir, Power BI, Power Automate, Workato, Power Query.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with UKG Pro and ADP Workforce Now.
• Recruiting metrics, time & attendance reporting, LMS reporting and analytics.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data validation, auditing, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and alerts using Palantir, Power BI, Power Automate, and Workato.
• Create automated workflows using data from UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, and other HRIS platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders; build recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
