Allegis Group Services, Inc. in Jacksonville seeks a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead open vacancies and be the main contact for hiring needs. You will collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs and coach the recruitment team to meet client KPIs.

You will partner with AGS COEs, provide strategic guidance to hiring managers, and drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, while ensuring compliance and quality candidate experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews for a variety of roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead direct sourcing activities to fill vacancies.
• Understand recruitment delivery processes and meet account KPIs.
• Provide market insights and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers.
• Coach RSSs, TAs, and RCs across the delivery center.
• Ensure compliant recruitment documentation and OFCCP considerations.
• Forecast recruitment needs and manage stakeholder expectations.
