Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II for a 6-month contract in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on direct sourcing, client advisory, and KPI-driven recruitment delivery across a global client base.

You will partner with AGS COEs, manage multiple searches, and coach junior recruiters while ensuring compliance and high-quality candidate experiences. The position offers exposure to diverse markets and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
• Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews for a variety of roles.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into results or action items.
• Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Ability to write client-oriented communications and job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
• Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with and utilize AGS internal COEs and shared services groups to best navigate client needs.
• Effectively manage stakeholders to prevent escalations where possible.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Act as a "talent advisor" to client stakeholders, provide consultative and strategic solutions.
• Identify and elevate risk or compliance issues.
• Learn and adapt to the client, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed all necessary SLAs and KPIs related to the client and the role.
• Coach, lead, and mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs assigned to the account.
