Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead open vacancies with hiring managers and coordinate with offshore delivery teams. You will drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a talent advisor and coach to RSS, TA, and RC colleagues across the account.

You will partner with internal COEs, monitor recruitment activity, and strive to exceed client KPIs while maintaining compliant processes and professional client communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably global.
• Experience conducting behavioural-based interviews for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understand recruitment delivery processes and meet account KPIs.
• Communicate recruitment trends and advise hiring managers.
• Partner with AGS COEs and shared services to navigate client needs.
• Manage stakeholders to prevent escalations when possible.
• Coach candidates on preparing for selection stages.
• Provide professional feedback to candidates promptly and honestly.
• Meet or exceed SLA and KPI targets for the client and role.
