Motion Recruitment is seeking a Sr Talent Advisory for a contract role in the healthcare sector. The position is hybrid, based in Durham, NC, with responsibility for leading workforce and recruiting plans and building diverse candidate pipelines.

The role requires 5+ years in the field (or 7+ years without a degree), a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with staffing in healthcare, finance, or pharmacy. Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare environment, working upwards of 30 reqs (Staffing in Healthcare, finance, or pharmacy)

Aufgaben

• Leads the development of workforce and recruiting plans to maximize human capital assets through utilization of industry and internal trend data.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and marketing strategies to generate a pool of diverse candidates based on business needs, market availability, workforce plan and compensation plan.
• Align hiring results to the workforce plan to continue to enhance the skill of the hiring manager and department.
• Proactively consult with management on departmental needs, position description selection, recruiting process, candidate assessment and selection as well as compensation requirements.
• Manage the full life cycle of job requisition and offer generation process.
• Advise and educate hiring managers on effective recruiting plans that support the current staffing needs and to proactively identify key talent to support future business development.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the Talent Management COE and develop a deep knowledge of the client organization.
• Research and join industry specific job boards, organizations and associations to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Create and foster relationships within the Talent Management COE to ensure appropriate utilization of College and University and Diversity teams to develop plans to attract and recruit potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Ensure hiring initiatives are in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and with the Office of Federal OFCCP regulations and educate managers on these laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment notes, records and documentation in applicant tracking system.
• Initiates, leads and implements projects of large scope with an impact to the recruiting function.
• Manages third party vendors as needed.
• Acts in a leadership role within the recruitment function and mentors/coaches others as needed.
