Job summary

Eliassen Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Sr Talent Advisor to support a surge in hiring for a healthcare/insurance client. This role leads workforce and recruiting plans using market and internal trend data, develops creative sourcing strategies for diverse talent, and manages full lifecycle recruiting in Workday.

The advisor will consult with hiring managers on assessments and compensation alignment, mentor peers, and lead projects that improve recruiting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience; healthcare/insurance environments preferred.
• Experience managing ~30 requisitions.
• Workday recruiting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting with hiring leaders.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of workforce and recruiting plans using industry and internal trend data.
• Design data-driven sourcing and marketing strategies to build diverse candidate pools.
• Coach hiring managers to strengthen selection capabilities.
• Consult on job scoping, candidate assessment, and compensation alignment.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting and offers within Workday.
• Develop relationships within the Talent Management COE and client teams.
• Engage industry boards and associations to maintain pipelines.
• Partner with diversity and outreach teams; represent the client at events.
• Maintain accurate recruiting notes and documentation; ensure compliance.
• Initiate and lead large projects; manage third-party vendors when required.
• Provide leadership within recruiting and mentor others.
