Qualifications

• Experience in employee management or team leadership.
• Knowledge of HR/staffing practices including onboarding/offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple management levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that deploy/retain talent, improve skills, and ensure effective communication.
• Inform talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Actively build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Seek minimum 2+ years of employee management, supervisory, or team lead capacity.
