Kelly is hiring internally for a Talent Advisor to work onsite in Taylor, TX. We are partnered with a brand-new manufacturing facility that will experience major growth and are seeking someone ready to grow with us!

Your role will drive employee engagement, implement programs for redeployment/retention, skill development, and ensure clear, timely communication across teams. This position emphasizes relationship building, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices including onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Seeking 2+ years of customer services and/or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• As Talent issues arise, make sure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.
• Based on feedback and engagement scores, drive for and execute process improvements as directed.
• Maintain balancing operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet the customer needs.
