• Drive and execute process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and delivery at the highest quality services.
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Seeking minimum 2+ year of employee management, supervisory, or team lead capacity.

Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:

The hourly base pay for this position is $32.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
