Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required and 5+ years related experience in recruiting
• Demonstrated recruiting experience in HR or agency setting required
• Established network in Banking/financial services and executive circles preferred
• Proven interviewing experience required
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws required
• Ability to develop optimal relationships with associates and hiring managers
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with common PC applications and internet recruitment tools
• Ability to source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines

Responsibilities

• Act as Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio and provide market insight to inform talent decisions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and acquisition programs
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies leveraging market data
• Advise business leads on talent market gaps and opportunities
• Ensure an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience aligned to TD’s model
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs related to recruitment
• Cultivate relationships with HR partners and business stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing activities
• Lead advertising and branding efforts to attract talent through online and social channels
• Represent TD in recruitment functions and interact with executive-level managers
