TD Bank Group in New York seeks a Senior Recruiter I to lead talent acquisition and diversity strategies for a dedicated portfolio. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders and coaching team members across end-to-end recruitment processes.

You will build robust pipelines, leverage market data, and drive hiring manager satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and external networks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in HR or agency settings preferred.
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, shaping talent decisions with market insights.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies leveraging market data to build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide counseling to clients on sourcing approaches.
• Represent TD in recruitment events and maintain strong external networks.
