Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• 5+ years related experience in recruiting
• Demonstrated recruiting experience in HR or agency setting
• Established network in Banking/financial services and executive circles preferred
• Proven interviewing experience required

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with knowledge of the organization and markets
• Manages end-to-end aspects of the recruitment process / acquisition program
• Develops and executes talent strategies using market data to build a diverse candidate pipeline
• Advises business leads on talent market gaps and opportunities
• Supports a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruiting cycle

Education

Undergraduate degree

5 + years related experience

Demonstrated recruiting experience in an HR setting or agency setting required

Established network of contacts in Banking / financial services and executive circles preferred

Proven interviewing experience required
