Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst – Talent Acquisition to design, configure, and support candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding tech. You will partner with TA, People Technology, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across platforms like Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, and HireRight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of HR technology/business systems analysis with a focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
• Experience with Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and fraud platforms.
• Strong SDLC expertise: requirements, data modeling, process mapping, UAT, documentation.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit support.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle, sourcing, and pre-hire compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with TA and HR stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Lead follow-up requirements clarification and demos for stakeholders.
• Analyze TA systems/workflows for improvements and fraud prevention.
• Configure and implement TA platforms: Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HireRight, HackerRank.
• Develop functional design documents and use cases for sourcing, screening, onboarding.
• Define test strategies and author UAT scripts; coordinate testing cycles.
• Manage testing across system, integration, and UAT.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between TA and People Technology product managers.
• Maintain knowledge of recruitment tech and industry best practices.
• Create user guides, release notes, and training materials.
