Job summary

eBay is seeking a Sr. People Technology Analyst to shape and scale recruiting technology, focusing on Workday Recruiting and broader TA tech.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, IT, and other teams to translate needs into scalable technology solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities and automation. The role is hybrid with proximity to Salt Lake City and requires collaboration across global teams to optimize candidate, manager, and recruiter experiences within the TA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information science, HR, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HRIS experience with HR SaaS-based systems.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with at least 2+ years in Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Awareness of emerging AI trends in HR tech and their applicability to eBay's ecosystem.
• Strong end-to-end recruiting process knowledge and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product-minded technology partner for eBay's recruiting ecosystem, with Workday Recruiting as the core platform.
• Contribute to roadmap development for recruiting tech enhancements balancing business priorities and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, IT, and other teams to define requirements and prioritize solutions.
• Support integrations with interview scheduling and CRM tools and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Translate business/technical requirements into scalable solutions and AI use cases; create user stories and success measures.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of Workday Recruiting for projects.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI and workflow orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for data-driven decisions.
• Provide production support and drive root-cause analysis for improvements.
