WSP USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for the Water Solutions practice. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop proactive pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across technical disciplines nationwide.

Candidate should have 5–7+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering/environmental sectors.
• Proven ability to recruit for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent acquisition strategy.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership roles in Water Solutions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines aligned with business objectives.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications and leadership competencies.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in recruiting systems.
