Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment across the Water Solutions business. You will partner with business leaders and HR to attract and hire top engineering, scientific, and operational talent nationwide.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor through the selection process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, environmental consulting, infrastructure, or technical services.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on strategic talent initiatives.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and candidate engagement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership roles within Water Solutions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to develop strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Develop diverse candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications and leadership competencies.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.
