WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Water Solutions portfolio, sourcing top engineering, scientific, and technical talent nationwide.

The role partners with hiring managers and HR to build proactive pipelines and ensure exceptional candidate experiences. You will drive strategies across specialized disciplines, including drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, hydrogeology, and asset management, while delivering market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, environmental consulting, infrastructure, architecture, construction, or technical professional services.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methodologies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership positions across the Water Solutions business.
• Conduct discovery and intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, industry networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications, leadership competencies, and organizational fit.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence including talent availability, compensation trends, competitive insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Consult on recruitment process improvements and hiring best practices.
• Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within WSP's recruiting systems.
• Support employer branding, talent marketing, and industry engagement efforts focused on Water Solutions talent.
