Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for the Water Solutions business across the United States. You will partner with engineering, environmental and technical leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, proactive sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration with HR and hiring managers to build diverse pipelines and ensure staffing objectives

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on talent initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership positions across the Water Solutions business.
• Conduct discovery and intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, industry networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications, leadership competencies, and organizational fit.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence including talent availability, compensation trends, competitive insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Consult on recruitment process improvements and hiring best practices.
• Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within WSP's recruiting systems.
• Support employer branding, talent marketing, and industry engagement efforts focused on Water Solutions talent.
