Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Water Solutions portfolio, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire engineering, scientific, technical, and operational talent nationwide from Denver.

You will drive recruiting strategies, build proactive pipelines, and manage a best-in-class candidate experience while advising hiring managers on workforce planning, compensation trends, and sourcing options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, environmental consulting, infrastructure, or technical services.
• Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on strategic talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical, and leadership roles across the Water Solutions business.
• Conduct discovery with hiring managers to develop aligned recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and referrals.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical qualifications and leadership competencies.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process and coordinate interviews.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
