Job summary

PJM Interconnection is seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead the full recruiting lifecycle across assigned business areas. You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality candidates, structured interviews, and timely offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or similar complex environment.
• Experience with intake, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, ATS administration, offer coordination, and managing multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions—from intake to closeout.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define role requirements, profiles, criteria, interview plans, and timelines.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using networks, social media, referrals, career platforms, colleges, and industry groups.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs, including difficult-to-fill roles.
• Review applications and conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate fit and availability.
• Design and support consistent selection processes including interview guides, assessments, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, assessments, travel, and other logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Create accurate, compelling job postings and manage posting activity across channels.
