PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a Sr./Lead Recruiter in Audubon, PA with a hybrid work arrangement. The recruiter will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders, and guide hiring teams through structured selections to meet workforce needs.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, building diverse pipelines, and coordinating candidate assessments, travel, and communications to ensure a professional candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Five years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or similarly complex environment.
• Experience with intake, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with accuracy and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage full recruiting lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Define role requirements and realistic hiring timelines with hiring managers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across networks and platforms.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and travel logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and related records.
