The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in recruiting, expertise with ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a data-driven mindset to improve hiring metrics. This on-site role supports growth in Kentucky and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including senior leadership roles.

Develop proactive talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experience. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce objectives.
