Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking a strategic Recruiter to drive high-volume and leadership hiring in a hybrid workplace. You will own full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and manage events to attract diverse talent across corporate roles.

The role emphasizes time-to-hire, candidate experience, proactive sourcing, and DEI initiatives, with travel across the West Coast for events and meetings. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years corporate recruiting experience in high-volume, corporate, and executive hiring.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Meet time-to-hire targets while maintaining candidate experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline via direct outreach, job boards, social media, networking, referrals.
• Plan and attend hiring events to attract diverse candidates and support employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver recruitment updates and metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline hiring.
• Support candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Advance DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse talent and inclusive hiring practices.
