Pacific Health Group is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to coordinate the full-cycle recruiting workflow. You will own the daily recruitment pipeline, screen candidates, and arrange multi-department interview processes, delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

You will act as the primary candidate contact post-offer, maintain ATS data integrity, and report on time-to-hire metrics to optimize hiring. This hybrid California role requires community outreach and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or business services.
• 2 years of experience attending job fairs and community events, building local workforce relationships.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in an ATS/HRIS (Workable, Paycom, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, scheduling, and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment; willing to take on HR duties.
• Must participate in street outreach initiatives, events, and career fairs.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day recruitment pipeline and screen resumes against criteria.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments (e.g., Testlify) and advise managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interview phases across departments for a seamless process.
• Maintain real-time ATS data accuracy and audit-ready candidate notes and records.
• Track time-to-hire and source quality to help optimize the hiring process.
