Job summary

Epic Staffing Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external clients, guiding data-driven hiring strategies and leading full-cycle recruitment across high-volume programs.

This 4–6 month engagement focuses on sourcing, interviewing, candidate qualification, offers, and seamless experience, with continuous process optimization within an RPO delivery model. Travel of about four weeks over three months is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of full cycle recruiting experience in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and client engagement.
• Experience with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan recruiting strategies with leadership to achieve high fill rates.
• Source candidates via company database, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit using behavioral techniques.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from submission to placement, with strong candidate communication.
• Negotiate offers and manage client expectations to protect margins.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
