Paradigm Max Q LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for federal government contracts. The role emphasizes LCAT compliance, staffing across contracts, and collaboration with Contracts, PM, and HR leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong government contracting recruitment experience, and can independently manage multiple requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and support proposals and recompetes.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting federal government contractors.
• Ability to interpret and apply LCAT requirements.
• Experience recruiting for government contracting personnel.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications and SAP is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for government contracting roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Provide recruiting updates and resolve staffing challenges.
