Paradigm Max Q LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment activities supporting federal government contracts, business growth, and staffing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting within the government contracting industry, with knowledge of Labor Category (LCAT) requirements, contract staffing, and federal recruiting practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Four to seven years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience interpreting government contract LCAT requirements.
Experience recruiting for federal contracts.
Strong knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake to offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Develop targeted recruiting strategies for government contracting roles.
Maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated contract staffing needs.
Screen candidates for qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and eligibility.
Coordinate interviews and communications with stakeholders.
Support offer development and compensation recommendations.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment documentation.
Provide regular recruiting updates and identify staffing challenges.
