CGS Federal is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Recruitment team. You will source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for government contract positions, guiding applicants through each stage of the hiring process.

This role emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function preferred.
• Familiarity with information technology (IT) and legal terminology, with the ability to quickly learn and understand technical and professional skill requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for government contract positions.
• Review resumes daily to identify candidates whose qualifications align with hiring needs.
• Develop, publish, and maintain engaging job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Conduct targeted candidate outreach through email campaigns and personalized communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
