Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment for U.S. operations, based in any HBK office.

You will own the hiring process end-to-end—from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding—with emphasis on building pipelines of engineering and energy talent to match growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience in engineering or related fields, plus strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI search) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Five+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, especially in engineering, utility, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of utility/infrastructure projects and talent markets.
• Proven ability to source passive technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI search, associations, and networking.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across dispersed locations with solid project management.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and reporting tools; Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams.
• Excellent communication; ability to partner with engineers, managers, and executives.
• Willingness to travel to HBK offices, events, and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Build talent pipelines for engineering and energy roles nationwide.
• Represent HBK at career fairs and industry events to strengthen presence.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting from posting to offers and onboarding.
• Track metrics and trends to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Stay compliant with employment laws and HR practices.
• Support broader HR initiatives and onboarding processes as needed.
