Revamp Engineering, Inc. in Colorado seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and renewable energy roles, partnering with hiring managers to build a high-performing team aligned with Revamp's values of Impact, Collaboration, Trust, and Equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting; Specialist III typically 5+ years.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles with creative/data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency with Boolean search and modern sourcing tools.
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging with compliance to EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with departmental goals and company needs.
• Manage requisitions across multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, electrical, structural, Power Systems, EPC, and related fields.
• Source and engage passive candidates for highly specific technical positions using Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct candidate screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and alignment with Revamp's core values.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
• Support new hire onboarding, including coordinating equipment shipments, in-person orientation events, new hire core content training, and the scheduling of 90-day new hire reviews.
