Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our U.S. operations, based out of any HBK office.

This role owns the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding — with a strong emphasis on building a pipeline of qualified engineering and energy industry talent that keeps pace with our growth. Work locations: San Antonio or Spring, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Five or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in engineering, utility, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure hiring.
• Experience sourcing passive technical talent and managing high-volume requisitions across dispersed locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourc e and engage active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering and energy roles.
• Represent HBK at career events and industry forums.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure timely, compliant hiring.
