Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in construction or related fields.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and multiple open roles.
• Proven sourcing of skilled trades and technical professionals.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements, timelines, and qualifications.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, certifications, and background.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and records within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and progress updates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve recruiting efficiency and support growth.
