Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and events.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, work history, and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, references, and pre-employment requirements.
• Extend offers and communicate compensation and start dates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with creating and posting compelling job advertisements.
• Attend hiring events and trade school events to promote opportunities.
• Maintain ATS documentation and ensure compliance with laws.
