SeaHill Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting for Accounting and Finance roles in the Atlanta area. You will partner with CFOs, controllers, and hiring managers to define scope, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.

You will source, screen, and present well-qualified profiles, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding transitions while maintaining a strong pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in professional, corporate, or leadership roles.
• Experience recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals across multiple functions.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or related credentials are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead intake meetings with Finance hiring managers to define scope and criteria.
• Source and engage Accounting and Finance professionals via LinkedIn, boards, referrals.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess accounting experience, systems knowledge, and credentials.
• Present profiles with summaries, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage multiple searches across seniority levels.
