Staffing Resources, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter in Alpharetta, GA to manage full-cycle recruiting for electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, welders, and related roles.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while building a strong pipeline and partnering with hiring managers. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of recruiting or related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar roles is required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades positions (electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, welders, mechanics).
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and events.
• Screen candidates by phone, assess skills, certifications, and cultural fit.
