Job summary

Green Water and Power, a California-based leader in sustainable energy, seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and leadership roles nationwide, partnering with managers to define needs and build effective hiring plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing methods, and a proven record filling hard-to-fill roles in engineering or energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including senior-level roles.
• Experience recruiting in technical industries (construction, engineering, energy) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; SHRM-CP/PHR a plus.
• Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for senior-level and technical roles.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple states.
• Coordinate interview processes and extend offers, manage background checks.
