Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant to optimize Workday Recruiting and HR technology across a global recruiting ecosystem. You will partner with TA leaders, HR BPs, recruiters, and IT to drive governance, process improvement, analytics, and adoption of talent tech.

The role demands deep experience in Workday Recruiting, Talent Marketplace, Skills Cloud, and related platforms, with a track record of globally scaling recruiting capabilities and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, technology, or related field.
• Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and HR technology.
• Advanced experience supporting and optimizing Workday Recruiting.
• Experience leading recruiting process improvement and HR transformation.
• Ability to consult with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise recruiting process improvements for global operations.
• Redesign end-to-end recruiting processes across Workday and related tech.
• Develop governance frameworks and operational controls.
• Create training materials and playbooks for recruiting tech.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, vendors on system implementations.
• Provide data-driven insights to leaders for hiring decisions.
• Drive adoption and change management across the organization.
