Trustpair is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition lead based in the New York metro area to own U.S. hiring end-to-end for commercial and customer-facing roles in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will source, assess, and close top talent across Sales and Customer Success, coordinating with hiring managers and the People Operations team to maintain strong candidate engagement and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including independently managing full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles.
• Experience recruiting commercial and customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. talent market, including New York, and advising hiring managers on compensation expectations.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through targeted sourcing and tailored outreach.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to clarify expectations and move decisions forward.

Responsabilidades

• Own U.S. hiring from kickoff to close: sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, handover to People Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into job descriptions, success criteria, and interview plans.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, and other U.S. functions as needed.
• Run structured candidate assessments and provide concise, evidence-based recommendations to interviewers.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience with clear expectations and timely communication.
• Support offers and candidate closing within approved budgets and engage through start.
