Job summary

TeamViewer in Austin, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specialized in Go-to-Market hiring for North America. You will own full-cycle recruiting for strategic sales and commercial roles, partnering with senior leaders to build high-quality pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source passive candidates, assess fit, and drive employer branding in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, GTM, or commercial hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring experienced Account Executives and other senior GTM professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales organizations, GTM structures, and the talent landscape for commercial roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source, engage, and assess passive talent in competitive markets.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data and market insights to drive hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, with a primary focus on Account Executives and other experienced sales and commercial hires.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and market challenges, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance.
• Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive sales talent to support current and future hiring needs across North America.
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
• Assess candidates against role requirements, sales competencies, and cultural fit through structured screening and interview processes.
• Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and talent mapping to identify and attract top-performing GTM professionals.
• Drive employer branding initiatives targeted at experienced sales talent and strengthen TeamViewer's presence within relevant talent communities.
• Monitor recruiting performance metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
