Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, with ability to quickly learn new roles and talent markets.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build credibility and productive relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and hiring needs may evolve.
• A data-informed mindset and willingness to use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve search strategies.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into candidate profiles and sourcing plans.
• Source and engage passive talent via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process.
• Maintain relationships with strong prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
