Job summary

ProPharma Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment. You will identify candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong relationships with managers and applicants.

The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and process optimization across contract and regular hires, with limited travel and remotely supported work options. Ideal candidates have a background in recruiting, strong communication, ATS familiarity, and the ability to create effective sourcing

Qualifications

BS/BA in related field or 5 years recruiting in lieu of degree.
Minimum 1 year of technical recruitment experience.
Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other sites.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

Identify candidates for contract or full-time openings through sourcing channels.
Screen, refer and schedule qualified applicants for interviewing.
Develop talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Operations Planner on plans.
Maintain an organized applicant pool and ATS records.
Conduct reference/background checks where permitted by law.
Support interviewing training and process improvements.
