Job summary

Our client is a growing biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and delivering innovative therapies for people living with serious diseases and significant unmet medical needs. The company applies cutting-edge science and a differentiated approach to drug development, with a strong focus on neuromuscular diseases and a broader pipeline spanning areas such as oncology, fibrosis, and hematology.

As the organization continues to grow, this role will support recruiting across a dynamic range of functions and will work closely with leaders and hiring managers throughout the business. Depending on hiring needs, searches may span research and development, clinical, medical, commercial, technical, corporate, and other specialized functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to develop effective sourcing, talent pipelining, assessment, and candidate closing strategies.
• Work directly with multiple hiring managers to plan and efficiently execute hiring initiatives across the organization.
• Manage recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever), including job postings, candidate communication and management, interview scheduling, and the offer process.
• Develop and implement creative, proactive strategies to attract qualified candidates and build strong talent networks and pipelines aligned with business needs and company values.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
• Support and strengthen the company's talent brand to attract and hire high-caliber and diverse talent.
• Leverage existing sourcing tools while identifying and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly for leadership searches and technical roles.
• Identify, evaluate, and partner with external recruiting firms and other talent partners when needed.
